If your order has failed, but a charge appears to have been taken:
Certain banks or payment hosts may hold a "pending payment," even if the order was not successfully processed. Once the transaction is recognised as unsuccessful, the pending payment should clear and the value returned to your account.
Typically, this takes around 2 days for most banks. If you still see the pending transaction after 5 days, or if it moves to your confirmed transactions, please let us know, and our finance team will investigate this further for you.
If payment appears to have been taken twice for your order:
Sometimes, certain banks or payment hosts may hold an additional "pending payment" alongside your actual transaction. Typically, this vanishes once the transaction clears. This process can take 2-5 days. If you still see the duplicate payment after this time frame, please do not hesitate to contact us and our finance team will look into it for you.
