Taking your bundle
All of our supplements have been designed and formulated to be taken together so you can safely give all of the vitamins in a bundle the same time, or even half in the morning and half in the afternoon/early evening.
One thing we suggest trying is giving the Multivitamin in the morning, as it contains vitamin D which is best given in daytime to mimic natural exposure to sunlight, and B vitamins, which can be energising to the cells (this does not mean it will make a child hyper!). Magnesium and Omega 3 can help with relaxation and improved sleep, so these can be beneficial in the evening. However, there is no right or wrong way to do this; it's about finding the routine that works best for your family!
